OSS PROGRAM
ENTERPRISE READY
Tinybird is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. Our SOC 2 report is available to all customers on our Enterprise plan.
SSO/SAML authentication is available to all Enterprise customers, providing secure single sign-on capabilities.
Guaranteed performance with isolated resources and uptime commitments.
Scale query workloads independently for cost and performance efficiency.
Store unlimited data, instantly and automatically replicated without overhead.
Get direct access to world-class experts for architecture and performance guidance.
Yes! Tinybird offers flexible plan management. On Developer plans, you can resize your workspace resources (CPU, QPS, memory) at any time through self-service controls. This means you can scale up during peak periods and scale down when demand decreases, ensuring you only pay for what you need. SaaS plans offer vertical scaling on shared infrastructure, while Enterprise plans provide the most flexibility with dedicated infrastructure and both vertical and horizontal scaling options.
Yes! Tinybird supports horizontal scaling through replication on Enterprise plans. You can add replicas to your dedicated cluster to increase query throughput or customize your load balancing strategy. This allows you to distribute query load across multiple nodes, ensuring consistent performance as your data and traffic grow. SaaS plans support vertical scaling only, while Enterprise plans offer both vertical and horizontal scaling with dedicated infrastructure. Unlike self-hosted ClickHouse庐, Tinybird handles all the complexity of cluster management, sharding, and replication for you.
Tinybird's shared infrastructure model (available on Developer and SaaS plans) allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high performance. By sharing resources across multiple customers, we can optimize costs and pass those savings to you. This shared model doesn't compromise performance. You get enterprise-grade ClickHouse庐 performance without the overhead of managing dedicated infrastructure, making it cost-effective for teams of all sizes. Enterprise plans use dedicated infrastructure for maximum isolation and performance guarantees.
Tinybird provides a complete managed analytics platform, not just a ClickHouse庐 cluster. Beyond the database, you get automatic ClickHouse庐 version upgrades, free automated backups with point-in-time recovery, managed ingestion through our Events API and connectors (Kafka, S3, GCS), scalable REST APIs that turn your SQL queries into production endpoints instantly, managed workers for data transformations, automatic schema migrations, built-in security with SOC2 Type II and HIPAA compliance, comprehensive monitoring and observability tools, and a superior developer experience with intuitive tooling and workflows. All of this is managed for you, so you can focus on building features instead of managing infrastructure.
Tinybird offers comprehensive observability built into the platform. You get detailed usage statistics for queries, data ingestion, API calls, and resource consumption through service data sources like tinybird.pipe_stats, tinybird.datasources_ops_log, and tinybird.jobs_log. These provide real-time and historical metrics with sub-second latency, helping you monitor performance, track costs, and optimize your data pipeline. This transparency ensures no surprises, you can see exactly how your resources are being used and make informed decisions about scaling.
Queries per second (QPS) is the number of queries per second that your plan includes. Calls to API endpoints, ClickHouse庐 HTTP Interface and queries sent to the Query API count towards your QPS allowance. Queries made from the UI are excluded from the limit.
Each Tinybird plan has specific limits for resources like CPU, QPS (queries per second), memory, storage, and feature usage (connectors, sinks, copy pipes). Free plans have the most restrictions, while Developer, SaaS, and Enterprise plans offer increasing flexibility. SaaS plans support up to 32 vCPUs on shared infrastructure, while Enterprise plans offer unlimited vCPUs on dedicated infrastructure with additional features like horizontal scaling and cluster management. You can view all limits in the pricing table above or check the documentation for detailed information.
All plans include access to our community support. Developer plans add standard email support. SaaS plans include priority email support, with optional enterprise support features (designated support engineer, dedicated Slack channel, support SLA, and onboarding support) available as add-ons. Enterprise plans include all of these enterprise support features as standard: priority email support, a designated support engineer, a dedicated Slack channel, a support SLA, and onboarding support.
Organizations provide a centralized way of managing workspaces and members in a region. From the Organization settings section you can monitor resource usage and check your current plan's usage and billing if you're on a paid plan.
